14. Refund and Cancellation Policy

14.1 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled service time: Full refund

• Cancellations made between 1-2 hours before the scheduled service time: 50% refund

• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled service time: No refund

• Emergency cancellations due to medical emergencies: Full refund with proper documentation

14.2 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used for the booking. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

14.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled service without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided, and you may be charged a no-show fee.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Delhi, India.
