Om Car Drivers is a facilitator that connects clients with verified drivers. Clients can book drivers for different types of services such as:

Permanent driver placement
B2B driver requirements

Our role is limited to providing a platform for driver-client interaction. We do not employ drivers directly unless explicitly stated.

2. Booking & Trip Execution

Clients can book drivers through our website or customer support.
Upon confirmation, driver details will be shared with the client.
Drivers are required to start and end the trip using our platform for accurate tracking.
Clients must verify the driver’s identity before handing over vehicle keys.

3. Charges & Payments

Charges depend on the type and duration of service.
Clients must pay in advance or as per the agreed payment method.
Any toll, parking, fuel, interstate taxes, or penalties incurred during the trip are to be borne by the client.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Clients can cancel bookings anytime prior to the trip.
However, Om Car Drivers follows a strict no-refund policy.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including last-minute cancellations or dissatisfaction with service.
We encourage clients to confirm all details before booking.

5. Driver Conduct & Responsibility

All drivers on our platform are background-verified.
Om Car Drivers is not responsible for any damages or disputes that may arise during service.
Any concerns about driver behavior should be reported immediately to our support team.
Drivers are expected to maintain professional conduct and follow all traffic regulations.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and insured.
Clients will be held responsible for any damages to their own vehicle.
Clients are prohibited from engaging drivers for any illegal activities or off-platform bookings.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Om Car Drivers is a technology-based platform. We are not liable for any accidents, losses, or delays caused during service.
We do not take responsibility for any loss of personal belongings or property.
Disputes, if any, must be resolved between the client and the driver. Our decision on any escalated matter will be final.

8. Platform Usage

Users must provide accurate information when registering or booking.
Any misuse, fraud, or attempt to circumvent the booking system will lead to account suspension.
